Canon Super G3: Cannot clear the error message of wrong paper size when it's the same size we've always used.?

We cannot receive any faxes, print anything, and it makes multiple copies when asked to just print one. I have tried everything to fix it, but it just will not resolve!!Canon Super G3: Cannot clear the error message of wrong paper size when it's the same size we've always used.?
