You need PROOF of her using the baby against you. Your first motion that she signed and agreed to will stand up in front of a judge. Get your proof of her usuing your child as leverage. Record conversations, keep emails, texts, of ALL encounters. You will eventually get what you need to nail her. Once you have the proof, you will have the upper hand. You might be able to force her to give the money back (by court order) since she has backed out of the agreement she signed. You might could even throw that threat out there.

Get an attorney and be on the OFFENSE. Don't let her do this.Divorce by Mutual Consent first motion clear and allowed but wife is not signing on 2nd motion papers?
You don't have to agree to anything. This can go on for a long time...years my friend...years.

Let's just wait and see what happens.
Get a lawyer.
