Samsung SCX 4100 multi-function printer isn't working properly since I had a paper jam (now cleared)?

I had a paper jam a few days ago on this new multi-function printer I bought new a couple of weeks ago. I tried turning it off/on, uninstalling and reinstalling the software/drivers, as well as printing from several different applications, but each time produces an error message with slighltly different codes as in the following messages:

send a not to samsung and ask what the messages mean, if they are not in the installation and operations guide, dont have that check their web site. when you cleared the jam you may have damaged a sensor or the pinch rollers in the paper path, since its new and most likely still under warrenty, arrange to have it fixed or replaced,Samsung SCX 4100 multi-function printer isn't working properly since I had a paper jam (now cleared)?
try unplugging it for a few minutes, not seconds but like 5 minutes, plg it back in and turn it back on and try it, sometimes it has to be powered doen to clear nvram
