i think you use USB port for printer
you must plug printer generally same usb port

It may be a printer fault, but some printers expect you to open a certain cover to clear a jam, if you clear a jam and then do not open this door the jam error remains. Carefully look round the machine for any other covers that might do this. Looking at it's photo I think it's unlikely.
