Could I be ovulating? I expected it to have been last week? How do you know your luteal phase? Thanks! When I wiped yesterday, I noticed really thick, clear (egg-whitey) discharge on my toilet paper...?
you ovulate approx 2 weeks from your period, counting from day 1 of your last period. to be more accurate you should try an ovulation predictor kit.it will give you an idea of when you are fertile.
as for the discharge,if it is clear, stretchy(does not break between finger and thumb) then you are approaching,or are ovulating. when you finish ovulating the discharge will start to thicken and break more easily.
Good luck! When I wiped yesterday, I noticed really thick, clear (egg-whitey) discharge on my toilet paper...?
This could be anything such as: ovulating, yeast infection, etc.
Check with your doctor for a medical eval. and possible pregnancy test, PAP test, yeast infection meds. Furthermore, if you recall this happening in the past, think of the ways you handled it, such as more water, tea, cranberry juice etc. P.S. Verify your last period and upcoming period dates......might help too.
its ok huni the discharge is normal it just your body changing but have it checked out for any infections huni eg thrush it perfectly normal its just your body changing with u been pregnant
It could be one or a few things....
thrush... Are you itchy? does it burn when you go to the toilet? Does it smell 'fishy' down there?
Are you pregnant? Because meucos is a normal part of pregnancy..
It could be alot of things...
you should ovlate 14 days before your period date.
You could be as long as you didn't recently have sex- otherwise I would say it might be ';that';. How long has it been since your last period? ';Most'; women ovulate on cd14 but I ovulate on day 10 my cycles are a little shorter than average at 25 days. All of this depends on your cycle length. The luteal phase is almost always 14 days. So if you subtract 14 from the length of your cycle that will tell you when you ';should'; ovulate. I would invest in some OPK sticks and figure it out that way. That is how I conceived number 2
not every women ovulates around the 14th day, i ovulate right befor my period, though it does sound like the main physical symptom of ovulation, all though there is no way to tell, unless.... my advice is to go and buy an ovulation kit from the chemist or supermarket.
