Yes. I don't know if it will work the same on your computer, but if you can, go to the start menu, click on help and support, and then, under ';pick a task'; choose ';undo your computer with a sytem restore.'; You will then choose a date to which to restore everything on your computer, and it will all go back as it was on that date, including your paper before you deleted it. If your computer is different, you might try start, search, and search your computer for ';system restore'; and then restore your system. but remember that files moved to the recycling bin are named differently and stored in different locations. i would start by searching for any *.doc files (or whatever the extension is) and looking at all of them.
