i want to buy a resale flat in a buildg which is 4 yrs old, all the papers are clear such as ulc,cc,title certificate,na,sanction plan and others, the buildg is still with the builder, but occupation certificate is not there the builder says it will take more time,is a housing loan possible on this flat ?I want to buy resale flat in a buildg which is 4 yrs old but w/out occupation certificate,other papers clear?
If an occupancy permit is needed I am sure that you won't get a conventional loan with out it.
