I have a lexmark c780 with a 200.28 paper jam error however I've cleared everything and held down ever button?

i have done the works and still pops up error even at startup ...cannot even get into the menus?? help??I have a lexmark c780 with a 200.28 paper jam error however I've cleared everything and held down ever button?
try this


1. there might be a small ripped paper stuck, see if you can clear.





2. restart printer, if you cant then plug out then plug back in. wait 20 sec either way.





3. feed paper and press the paper through button. the one that allows the paper to go in the stop before printing.





4. take the ink cartridge out the re insert. most likely its this but check others before.
