I got too many arrears, I am entering my final year of my college. Can I clear all the papers?

I am entering my final year of my college, but I have too many arrears to clear. But I am not very sure about clearing the papers. Often I study well and never attend the exams like a fool. Why is this happening to me only? Sometimes I never study and pass, but sometimes I study and never attend the exams, is it because of fear of failing or something? Please help me solve this confusion...I got too many arrears, I am entering my final year of my college. Can I clear all the papers?
I don't know you well enough to know WHY you do these things, but you are not the only one to do things like this. I was just talking to a student yesterday who is probably one of the smartest people in class, but who stops coming to class as soon as she is doing well, turns in papers half the length of those assigned, etc. I can tell from her comments that she ';gets it'; better than most of the other students, but her grades are barely keeping her in school. I would suggest you talk to someone at Student Psychological Services, or whatever it is called at your school, about this. i suggest you get it together because if you know all of these questions as your options then, you know what the problem is.
