The heads need to be adjusted and cleaned each time new cartridges are installed. Most printer do this automatically. You may need to go to the printer properties to find a the manual settings.
EOk i printyed my paper today and its not clear its in red color and.......?
Try calibrating it...either on the printer itself should offer the ability to realign your print heads...or some installations come with a software program that you use.
go to your printer and under options tell it to clean the head
