My computer says i have a paper jam but I already cleared it. And other problems?

it is an hp deskjet D1520


1. the printer says i have a paper jam and i already cleared it


2.when ever i open the door to the printer it does not move but it stays in place and makes noises when i open the door for it


3.the light flashes off and on and will not turn off

for the computer to see that the paper was cleared you might have to restart your computer. I don't know the answers to your other questions.
Restart your printer
at least it doesnt say you have a panty jam!
