Can i print out portraits on clear sticker paper?

i would like to make clear stickers of my family for a reunion-will the images come out clear and nice if i use clear sticker paper? or should i use white sticker paper?i prefer clear sticker paper-thanks!Can i print out portraits on clear sticker paper?
The problem with doing something like this at home is that your home printer doesnt print white, so your pictures could have wierd coloring issues when you print on clear.





Home printers use CMYK inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). There are machines that use special inks which can be printed in any color on clear sticker material but are really expensive.





You may want to look into getting them silk screened. You can do this at most sign shops or print shops. Try to stay away from Kinkos or other place like that, stay with mom and pop shops.Can i print out portraits on clear sticker paper?
Does it have to be printed on sticky paper? If you want it clear all you have to use is Transparency Film (made by 3M, HP and others). If you do not have this material you can go to a print company (Office Depot, Kinkos also) and have it done there.
