you could just has a very small bit of paper that is hard to find but it maybe a senor that has got bent or broken
Printer have limited set of error codes and take the one nearest to what it think is the problem.
Check all paper in's and out's for anything that maybe jammed in there and at the same time check all senors
If you can't find anything then it is a shop job.
