Is there clear paper you can get for T-Shirt transfer?

I use an injet printer to make designs which I then iron on, but unless I cut out the text I am left with white paper surrounding the transfer. I was wondering can you make the t-Shitrs look more professional with no paper surrounding it or is it a case of buying the letters? Is there clear paper you can get for T-Shirt transfer?
That's not white paper surrounding the pattern. It IS the clear plastic transfer the image is printed on. The paper comes off after the transfer is ironed on.

How much or what texture is still visible depends on whether you peel the paper off while it is still hot, or after it cools down. But that clear plastic HAS to be there.

Of course, you CAN trim the transfer paper down to the edged of the printing before ironing.

And, purchasing iron on letters is always an option.
