Try unplugging printer and waiting a few minutes and plug it back in. You might also need to disconnect from computer and then reconnect.My lexmark x5470 still display ( clear paper jam) even no paper jam or stuck?
download firmware update for you printer and blast the new firmware...... there are bug fixes once in a while... hope this help
