My printer keeps saying clear the paper jam?

i have a lexmark x3430 printer. I try to print something but my paper well pull to the right and it says clear paper jam. Can someone tell me how to fix this.My printer keeps saying clear the paper jam?
- Guide your paper in carefully.





- Face your paper feed side downwards, and pat it on the back (something might be stuck there)





- Check to the LEFT of the printer, is there an adjustment slider guide thingy, push it more to the left.My printer keeps saying clear the paper jam?
There is either a piece of torn paper still jammed in the corner, or a bent guide.
