scale the drawingHow do I draw blueprint on AutoCAD when the dimensions aren't even clear on the paper I'm duplicating from?
A few tricks of the trade:
1.) Ask questions. Perhaps someone else knows the answer to the dimensions you can't read.
2.) Be creative, Sometimes a best guess (depending on the situation) is good enough.
3.) If it was originally drawn to scale then just try measuring it, it'll likely get you close.
4.) Measure it. If you have access to the original object then just measure it or have someone measure it for you.
5.) Draw everything else you have dimensions for, often times you'll have enough dimensions from everything else to re-create where the object you can't read the dimension of needs to be.
