How to clear paper jam sensor on c9300 printer?

We got this used printer for a deal recently. But it's showing the following error:


c9300 380:paper jam


However, there is no paper jam. How can we clear the sensor so it will print?How to clear paper jam sensor on c9300 printer?
This is an HP printer? Check their website.





You see HP as dropped the word quality out of their line of printers. Run off to buy a Canon. The ink is cheaper and lasts longer per cartridge. The paper feed is more reliable. While the price of the printer is slightly higher, the cost savings will more than make up the difference.





Say goodbye to poor quality.

check the back of the printer, there should be a door there that u can open and check to see if theres paper,if there isnt then turn off printer, unplugg usb cable and power cord, wait 30 seconds, then plug it all in and turn it back on..
