What do you call that 3 ring binder pocket thats like clear and already has those holes and you slide paper in?

It's like a little clear plastic thing with like three hole punches on the side, and you put the piece of paper in it, and it goes in a three ring binder?


You know kind of like this, except there aren't any pockets and its just one big one?
